Ok, so here's a few places locally that came to mind that I have heard could possibly have activity. I'm sure I am missing a ton of places, so please add to the list.

Fort Delaware
Govenor Bacon/ 10 Gun Armory
Rockwood Mansion
Deer Park Tavern
David Finney Inn
The Armory
Old New Castle Courthouse
Battery Park House
Read House and Gardens

Govenors Mansion - Dover
